1. This is the first step for #6674 - add #isInteractive to easily check if (details / githubweb)
2. - let parseExpression raise errors early for now - remove (details / githubweb)
3. - add RuntimeSyntaxError - compiler compiles code to raise that in (details / githubweb)
4. - remove badMethod (details / githubweb)
5. guard #isInteractiveFor: against requestors that return nil (details / githubweb)
6. fix a test (details / githubweb)
7. - RuntimeSyntaxError is now a subclass of Error - create it with a (details / githubweb)
